I'm more impressed with the fact that she can play the theme from Pee Wee's Big Adventure on her accordian.
The thing she's balancing on is called a "Bongo Board". I used to work with a guy that was an ex- circus performer and he taught me to balance on one of those whilst juggling and telling jokes at the same time. I can also balance on it whilst playing the bass guitar.
