Happy Birthday fun fun!

Then we went to Harvey's, scored the corner window seat (my favorite) and had a couple Cosmos and my friend from work Amy showed up!  Yay!  Amy brought a man from Alaska. I guess that's a pretty cool accessory. Beat my hat.

Amy took off with her man and the three of us (HP, BFF Erin and I) then we went to Lime San Francisco (which, with the out-of-order phone on Friday and the website embarrassingly expired, I feared had gone out of business, but no, they were fine and in business and just clueless).  Great food there at Lime San Francisco.  And a decent Mai Tai too. And pretty people, especially for the Castro, which tends toward the white, fat and old.

We were pretty drunk at this point (well, I was anyways---Erin holds her liquor. see for yourself).  We wandered next door to Sweet Inspiration to have some lovely dessert. I had the espresso bean gelato. HP had the key lime pie.  Erin had the cheese cake. We took turns eating off each other's plates. Spoons were going back and forth so fast it looked like a miniature sword fight.

All in all, a very nice birthday.  :-)
